We are now open for stallholders to book in for this year's Festive Fayre, which we hope to be the biggest yet. This year's event will take place on Saturday 2nd December. Please see attached a copy of the event poster.
Owing to the success of last year's event we have decided to carry on into the evening a little more (until 8 pm) and have moved the date to a Saturday, to allow families to stay later. The Tree of Light Ceremony will revert to its own more moderate service on Sunday so that it won’t be affected by the Festive Fayre activities. This has also resulted in more space on the site, so we are looking forward to welcoming more stallholders and attractions this year (hopefully filling the site!).
As usual, the profits will go back into local good causes, and we’ll have a huge selection of rides, stalls, food and drink, a Santas Grotto and a wide variety of live music (something to cater for all tastes).
Having a stall is a great way to sell products or promote your business. Whether you are a trader or just wish to showcase your business, we’d love to see you there!
Stalls are open to all, including non-chamber members. Stallholders will need to be self sufficient - with own tables and those wishing to be undercover providing their own Gazebos (3x3m or 4x4m). The site will be floodlit, but we recommend all stallholders to have some lighting (even battery powered fairly lights) in order to get maximum exposure.
