At Hidden Jem, we serve freshly baked cakes, cookies, traybakes, and pastries from our converted horse trailer, alongside quality coffee and hot drinks. Our bakes are handmade with care, using locally sourced ingredients where possible, and we bring a welcoming, stylish setup to festivals, markets, and events.

In addition to our trailer service, we also create bespoke celebration cakes for birthdays, weddings, and special occasions, designed to be as memorable as the moments they’re made for.
